How do I become a GOkickball Market Owner?
First, review through the responsibilities below and see if this is something to which you are willing to commit. Second, submit the Franchise information request form, located on this page. We will then setup a preliminary call to discuss further. After that, we will discuss more details and finally sign a contract indicating our partnership.

What are my responsibilities as a GOkickball Market Owner?
The responsibilities of a Market Owner are to ensure that the below items are completed. Whether these items are done by yourself, your friends, or you pay people to do them, it does not matter. All that matters is that you are responsible that they are completed in a professional way that attracts new people to the league and existing members to come back and never want to leave. So what are these responsibilities?

• Find space for the games to be played. We would suggest going to local parks departments and looking for park space reservations, etc.
• Marketing - Yes, you need to get the word out in your city. Post flyers in heavy traffic areas. Start an email campaign using your contacts, and people who sign up to the email list on the GOkickball website for your city. Contact local business, etc.
• Equipment - We will help you with the kind of equipment to buy, but it is your responsibility.
• T-Shirts - We can help you out with our corporate t-shirt vendor, or you can find someone locally, but all GOkickball t-shirts must have the same design.
• Schedule games and hire referees for the games - This includes updating the website with game date and time information.
• Find a league bar for everyone to go to after the games are over.
• Update game scores on website.
• Coordinate and conduct season tournament and end of season party. Yes, we want to have an ultimate champion for each city, and also give the people in your league time to socialize outside of kickball.
• Submit all expenses (League Party, t-shirts, equipment, park space reservations, etc.) to GOkickball corporate.

• GOkickball provides a robust website with content for the city, game schedules, season standings, new updates, photo galleries, on-line registration with credit card processing, etc.
• Separate email address for Market Owners to conduct their kickball business.
• Training / documentation on how to utilize setup games, website content, photos, news articles, etc.
• Policies and procedures documents on best practices of how to conduct the league.
• Information on what equipment to get and where.
• Complete rules and regulations for conducting the games.
• Templates for marketing materials, such as flyers, etc.
• Full accounting for your GOkickball market including expense reimbursement, partner payouts, income tax documentation, etc.
• Legal advice and waiver forms for player participation.
